Had a lovely stay! The room was spacious and super clean, perfect for my family. The beds were incredibly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. Julie and Chris really made us feel at home with their warm welcome. The breakfast spread was delicious, featuring a hearty full English that we all enjoyed. Local recommendations from the hosts were spot on, helping us discover great nearby pubs and attractions. On the downside, the signage regarding food policies could be more prominent, as we were unaware we couldn't bring in our own meals. Parking can be tricky at peak times, so plan ahead if you drive. it’s a lovely spot to relax and explore Filey and its surroundings.

Welcoming hosts who provided great local recommendations.
Our room was quite small and the bathroom felt cramped. Heavy curtains would have been appreciated to block out street light. We struggled to find comfortable seating, as there was no extra space for a chair.

Couple's nice getaway
We were treated like royalty by Chris and Julie! The breakfast was excellent, that full English hit the spot, and I could drown in the amount of tea they served! Just the right way to start a day of exploration.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but you know what, it was worth it.
